Fund and Assets
a) Any subscription or donation will only be collected through the Trust’s Official Receipt. b) The fund of the Trust can be spent and utilized only for the purpose of the Trust’s own assets, project and establishment. No other purpose of such fund can be spent or for any personal interest. c) Collection of fund can be deposited to any scheduled bank as per the decision of the Executive Council. d) The Bank Account in the name of the Trust will be operated as per decision of the Executive Council. e) The Income & Expenditure account including the assets of the Trust will be maintained by the Executive Council. The Audited Balance Sheet and Income & Expenditure Account will be placed in the Annual General Meeting of the General Council for approval. f) All Income & Expenditure and other expenditure of the Trust will be recorded through proper vouchers.
