Membership
Eligible for Membership: Any adult citizen of Bangladesh can apply to become a Member of the Trust having following noble virtues: - a) The person should be honest with high moral character and possesses qualities for encouragement of education among the people. b) In order to perform the object of the Trust the person will remain faithful and reliable. c) He/she should be promised-bound to implement the program of the Trust. The person should be physically & mentally sound.
Membership: a) The persons organized the Trust, all will be considered as the Members. The member of the Trust shall be numbering nine. The organizers who initiated to establish the Foundation will be given preference to hold the portfolios of the different councils of the Trust. b) The organizing-members, if necessary, can exercise their authority through their appointed nominees if they remain absent, which however should be approved by the Executive Council of the Trust.
Cancellation of Membership: By two third majority vote of the Members of the Trustees, any person’s membership can be cancelled due to the following grounds: - a) If a member causes harm by creating indiscipline, work against the organization’s interest, any financial breach of Trust or involve in any conspiracy against the Trust. b) If it appears that the Member has no confidence on the object of Trust or its principles and other activities. c) If he looses his eligibility of membership If he desires to cancel his membership on his own accord
