Number of Councils
The following will be number of Councils of the Trust: -
a) General Council
b) Executive Council
a) General Council
a) The General Council will be formed comprising of all members of the Trust.
b) A Chairman will be elected by the vote of the members for a period of three years. He will be the Chairman of the Executive Council. Mohd. Saiful Hoque will be the first Chairman of the General Council.
b) Executive Council
The members of General Council will elect the Executive Council for a period of three years. The Executive Council will function as the highest body on behalf of the Trust. The heads of the various bodies of the Trust will be considered as members of the Executive Council by virtue of their rights as heads of the Council. However they will have no right of voting power. If any voting is required for decision on an issue only the elected members will cast their votes.
